Lesson Safety Protocols
LMS Safety Protocols:
All students and guests of Little Mission Studio agree to the following safety protocols while inside LMS:
- Masking is strongly recommended, with exceptions as follows:
- Masking is required, if within the last 7 days:
- You or anyone in your household is recovering from an illness.
- You have been exposed to Covid-19.
- Students should wash hands thoroughly before and after their lesson.
We thank everyone for your continued help in keeping everyone healthy & really appreciate everyone continuing to follow common-sense masking with the guidelines above. We are still asking all students to commit to remain communicative about any potential Covid-19 diagnosis.
- Students should use the Student Portal to cancel and reschedule their lesson if they:
- Are feeling ill (cough, fever, chills, congestion, etc.).
- Test positive for Covid-19.
- In the event of a positive Covid-19 test, student should:
- Use the Student Portal to cancel and try to reschedule their lesson.
- If student has had a known Covid-19 exposure, student may still attend their regular lesson if:
- They have no symptoms. AND
- Test negative on a rapid-antigen test just prior to coming to their lesson.

What safety protocols are in place?
In addition to the protocols listed above in our Safety Protocol Agreement:
- All LMS Faculty & Staff have been fully vaccinated & boosted.
- Each Studio Room has:
- A HEPA Air Purifier that cycles at least 3 – 5 air changes per hour.
- Hand sanitizer & wipes for any shared equipment (piano keys, music stands, etc.).
- HVAC fans in the building run consistently to cycle fresh air indoors.
How do Winds & Voice students wear masks?
For Winds & Voice Students: Winds & voice students may opt use special masks that both offer some protection while helping with ease of playing. Here are our recommendations:
