Winter Studio Recitals: December 2024

Little Mission Studio is pleased to announce our next Studio Recitals!

Join us in supporting your friends and family as they perform for you and share what they’ve been learning at Little Mission Studio! Our studio recitals are mixed across disciplines so vocalists, pianists, guitarists, flutists, violinists, saxophonists, clarinetists, trumpeters, trombonists, and percussionists will all perform for each other!
 
In order to not have one, long, all-day recital, we’ll be splitting our recitals into multiple parts:
  • Friday, December 6th, 2024
    • Kids Recital A: 5:00 PM
    • Kids Recital B: 6:30 PM
    • Adult Recital A: 8:00 PM
  • Saturday, December 7th, 2024
    • Kids Recital C: 9:00 AM
    • Kids Recital D: 10:30 AM
    • Kids Recital E: 12:00 PM
    • Kids Recital F: 2:00 PM
    • Kids Recital G: 3:30 PM
    • Kids Recital H: 5:00 PM
    • Adult Recital B: 6:30 PM
  • Sunday, December 8th, 2024
    • Kids Recital I: 9:00 AM
    • Kids Recital J: 10:30 AM
    • Kids Recital K: 12:00 PM
    • Kids Recital L: 2:00 PM
    • Kids Recital M: 3:30 PM
    • Kids Recital N: 5:00 PM
    • Adult Recital C: 6:30 PM

Students & Parents, please register for a recital using the Student Portal.

  • Deadlines:
    • Students needing accompaniment (typically vocalists & non-piano instrumentalists) must be signed up by end-of-day Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024. 
    • All other students must sign up by end-of-day Wednesday, November 27th, 2024.
If you have strong scheduling preferences or would like to coordinate performing or attending with other students the same recital (siblings, friends, etc.) please sign up early. There are enough spots for everyone, but certain recital times will fill up!
Quick How-To Register Instructions: 
  • Login to the Student Portal.
  • Navigate to the ‘Calendar’ view, looking at the weekend of our Recitals. 
  • Select a recital time by clicking on it and selecting ‘register’.
    • Please note how many slots remain when signing up, especially if signing up multiple students. 
    • Families signing up multiple students, you will be able to select which student to register for each recital. 
    • Please be sure to note & register for the correct category of recital: ‘Kids Recital’ vs ‘Adult Recital’. 
    • Students who study multiple instruments need to only sign up for one recital time & will perform both instruments at one recital. 
  • You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your recital registration.

We definitely encourage you to attend recitals other than the one you’re playing at! Additionally, please be courteous and support your fellow musicians by attending the whole recital (don’t leave after you’re done playing!).

 
All current private lesson students at Little Mission Studio will be performing at our recitals. Your teacher will be touching base with you soon to start talking about recital and performance preparation!
